15 minutes really worth watching for all us "nerds":

Whoever says not having tapped into a single of the mentioned "traps": I don't believe you.

And well does he have a nice way to make all the points – and to show how to make it better. Brilliant. Thanks a lot for this, @techlore

Privacy Advocacy done right 👍

Two things:

1. I may skim over text and decide if it's worth my time reading further. With #video, there better be a very good reason why a #bandwidth and time intensive / #accessibility deficient medium must be used. Many people use #YouTube rather than blogs for #monetisation reasons, copying them on #PeerTube is kind of daft.

2. Anything coming from or involving #privacytools screams #privacy dilettante to me.

@techlore

@0 @IzzyOnDroid @techlore nice. I really expected something different. That's the method to teach the target nerds.

@IzzyOnDroid @techlore Totally great video! Every privacy advocate should have seen it.

Thank's for boosting this video and for highlighting Techlore so I could find them (him?).
It's interesting for other political topics too.

I agree totally with what you say and take it as a reminder to change even more.

What annoys me: Even my personal technological self defence is more difficult, takes more effort and is more limited as long as I am forced to share and enter LANs (enter by VPN, SSL and such) with the privacy agnostic majority.

Multiple roles in the daytime, self-directed learning at night, and sleeping when I will be dead. Resources for discussing with people and coaching them about their personal privacy needs, or just only share my experience to interest others, are limited.
